Home automation is the application of technological solutions dedicated not only to residential and domestic environments, but also to increasing security and improving comfort by simplifying daily activities and their control.

Based on our years of experience, we have chosen to install products that use the global KNX standard. It is the first open Building Automation standard, enabling automated and decentralized management of a building's technological systems. It offers the enormous advantage of integrating any KNX-branded product into a single system, even when using multiple systems available on the global market. Furthermore, with remote control via GSM or internet, and using a smartphone, you can ensure that everything is safe and in optimal condition even when you're not inside the building. You can monitor the status of all its components or request a remote action. Using dedicated communication interfaces to the electrical system, the following systems can be bidirectionally connected:

• Heating/ventilation system.

• Burglar alarm and video surveillance system.

• Closed-circuit TV system.

• Energy and electricity/gas management system.

• Audio and video systems.

The complete integration of the various functions also allows for the creation of scenarios, i.e., a set of actions that can be performed simultaneously and activated with a single command from a wall button or remote control. For example, lighting can be automatically adjusted according to actual needs, automatically turning off lights in unoccupied rooms; heating and air conditioning can be optimized based on specific time slots; and doors and windows can be opened and closed when leaving the building, activating the burglar alarm system.
